A. Absolutely! I would require your "FTP username and password" to access your site online - If you don't have this information at hand, I can tell you how! It's also entirely possible that I might save you money on what you are paying already! I provide a reduced rate service for domain and hosting if you want to move!

How we begin...

Firstly, you can just call or email me and I can explain my build procedure in person or if you have time, feel free to read my processes below...

A meeting to discuss a Site Brief. I will require you to provide me with company content - we will discuss the size and features required for the proposed site, The work may already be done if you have recent company brochures or a company bio already written! It may seem a little daunting at first, but believe me, once the ball is rolling the entire process is quite quick! My main goal is to minimize any stress to you. if you don't know where to start please feel free to contact me.

We arrange domain name eg: www.yourcompany.com and hosting associated for it. If you are looking for a web site overhaul, I can use existing domain and hosting or if my services are more reasonable, arrange a transfer. Note: basic domain (.com) and web hosting is €40 per annum with my sub-hosting service.

I will put together a Site brief and costs Quote in a detailed written proposal and sent for your approval.

You then supply site content to me, as per our previous discussions, for your web site including text and images.

Photography and video creation can be arranged If your proposal requires.


I will then develop a design concept in accordance with your brief. Your concept will be presented to you online via my server. Please note that if the design is to your satisfaction, a retainer of 40% of agreed development fee is then required. This is non-refundable.

I build the sub-pages of your site in a structured format, Every step of design/content addition is updated so you know exactly how the site is shaping up. I email my clients informing them of such updates providing them with a temporary web site address where they can view build progress.

Search Engine Optimization: I research commonly used search phrases relevant to your business or organization and optimize your web pages accordingly.

Pending your approval, your web site is uploaded to the internet and goes 'live'.

Search Engine Submissions: I manually submit your web site to a selection of popular search engines and directories.
